Ashley E. Budrow, MS CCC-SLP

I am a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Master of Science degree and the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). For over 20 years, I have been passionately committed to helping adults overcome the challenges of dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and regain the joy of eating safely and comfortably. I understand the significant impact that speech and swallowing difficulties can have on your quality of life, affecting communication, nutrition and hydration, social interactions and overall well-being. That’s why I founded Radiant Results Speech and Swallowing Therapy, to provide expert, personalized care in the familiar and comfortable setting of your own home.

At Radiant Results, I believe that effective therapy is built on a foundation of understanding, collaboration, and personalized care. I take the time to listen to your individual concerns, thoroughly assess your speech and swallowing function and develop a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your unique needs, goals and lifestyle.

My career has been focused on the diagnosis and treatment of adult dysphagia, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the complexities of swallowing disorders. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing speech and swallowing difficulties due to a variety of underlying conditions, including:

Neurological Conditions: Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, ALS, and other neurological disorders.
Post-Surgical Issues: Swallowing problems following various surgical procedures.
Aging-Related Changes: Presbyphagia, the natural changes in swallowing that can occur with age.
Respiratory Conditions: Impact of COPD and other respiratory illnesses on swallowing.
Head and Neck Cancer: Specialized expertise in managing the unique swallowing challenges resulting from head and neck cancer diagnosis and treatment (surgery, radiation, chemotherapy).
Other Medical Complexities: Addressing dysphagia related to various other medical conditions.
